1. CALL TO ORDER: President Crotty called the meeting to order at 4:45pm in the York Center Park District Board Room located at 1609 S Luther Ave., Lombard, Illinois.
2. ROLL CALL: The following roll call was taken:

3. COMMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS: None

4. INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS AND STAFF

5. NEW BUSINESS:
   1. Committee Duties: Executive Director Jeremy Fila went over all the areas the committee must study, the data that needs to be collected, efficiencies that need to be identified and as well as opportunities for efficiencies. How all the work will be summarized, and that a report must be completed by December 2024. That report will be made available to the public. Discussion regarding park rental agreements. Resident Alice Truty would like to see the new policy manual that the lawyer is working on.
   2. Deadlines & Meeting Dates: The next Decennial Committee meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 19 at 4:45pm.
   3. Designation of Members: Theresann Purkart was designated the Chair of the Decennial Committee.

6. ADJOURNMENT: Executive Director Jeremy Fila moved to adjourn made at 5:02pm; Resident Alice Truty, seconded. On a voice vote motion carried.
