Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation or refund, your account will be issued a household credit on your account, less any cancellation fees that may be incurred as per our general refund policy. You must notify this department in writing to receive a refund in the form of a check. If a check is requested please allow 3-4 weeks for you to receive your refund.
