General Information
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Office will be closed- Saturdays & Sundays and the following dates: July 5, Sept. 6, Nov. 26, Dec. 24, Dec. 31 Facility Rental Operating Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. (Sunday rentals are not available.)

About the Community Center
In 1973, the park district purchased the George Yelenich property at 16th Street and Luther Ave. The property included a one-bedroom brick home with six acres of land. In 1993, the park district expanded the building by adding a gymnasium, preschool room, dance room, kitchen, museum/board room, front lobby, and storage.
